Recently seen on 'A Current Affair' (for good reasons), on countless radio interviews and press articles, Glenn has taken the Real Estate Training arena in Australia by storm with his 'out of the box' strategies for dominating your area. I have just turned 30 and have been in Real Estate for 3 years. Year one I made $135,000, second year saw $880,000 and my third year I've hit the $Mil. I work 6 days a week and spend Sunday's on my boat or racing Formula 3 around Australia, I currently run with approx. 40 listings at one time, and have been averaging around the 15 sales per month, even in a "down market". I work with a farm area of 1000 homes and have 82% market share, a 91% list to sell ratio and my average days on market are 18 days. Anything is possible with systems, focus and dedication! Now I'm ready to share with you how I went about achieving this and still am today.
